1 Indicate the title(s) of the orginal painting(s) wanted ...
2 Indicate the title and number of reproductions wanted ...
@ $25.00 each (tax included)
3 Include your name, address and phone number ...
Shipping charge will be calculated based on
your mailing address and package weight.
4 Upon receipt of your request by e-mail, you will be e-mailed an invoice. By first-class mail, send your check or money order to the address on the invoice. Allow 10 business days after receipt of your check for your order to be sent.
